STYLES, MIDI FILES AND MP3 FILES
After completing the order process and successful payment, you will receive your order by e-mail. The files of your order will be sent as an attachment in a compressed file (zip). This file can be unpacked with all common operating systems. There are no additional shipping costs.
Shipping of software products on a USB stick is possible. Please ask for the costs of shipping by e-mail (@ Daniel: this please as hyperlink).
PRACTICAL BOOKS AND SHIPPING PRODUCTS
From an order value of € 29,-- we ship free of charge in Germany. As soon as payment is received, we ship immediately and reliably with the German parcel service provider DHL. For all other shipping costs, please refer to the table.

Pay securely and confidentially by:
1. credit card
Select the appropriate credit card type (Visa or Mastercard), enter the validity and the 3-digit security code. After successful payment your order will be sent immediately.
2. PayPal
PayPal is one of the most popular payment methods in the world. It is secure and easy to use! You can easily create an account at www.paypal.com. The advantage of this payment method is the immediate sending of your order.
3. prepayment / purchase on account
After completion and verification of your order you will receive an e-mail from us with an order confirmation and our bank details and all other details. As soon as your payment is received, the goods will be shipped immediately. Due to bank processing times, this may take 2-3 business days until we receive your payment.
4. cash on delivery
This shipping method allows you to pay the invoice amount directly upon receipt of the package. In some countries there may be surcharges for this service per delivery. Please check with your local parcel/post office.
5. SEPA Direct Debit
You register with us as a member and give us a direct debit authorization. You will receive an e-mail from us with the sepa mandate and the dates when the respective amount will be collected (as for clubs, music schools, etc.).
