Your data will only be passed on to specialists working with us if it is absolutely necessary for the preparation of an offer or the execution of an order.  Contact data will only be passed on if a delivery of goods or products is to be made directly to you or if calculations and order processing would be impossible without this data. Under no circumstances do we pass on your data to advertising or data agencies. Your data will be processed internally by a maximum of 3 people. We would like to point out that we do not use cloud services for data storage and that your data is only stored locally; if you send us an e-mail, it will be temporarily stored on IMAP e-mail accounts. Data transmission on our websites and email accounts is exclusively encrypted. The basis for data processing is Art. 6, para. 1 of the GDPR, which permits processing for order processing and fulfillment. The processing of entries in our contact form is based on your consent, which you can revoke at any time (see point 5).

4. data collection

5. your rights

You have the right to view your data at any time free of charge, and to correct and delete all of your stored data, provided that it does not have to be stored for our accounting purposes based on applicable tax law. We would like to point out that your data will only be stored for the purpose of contacting you, invoicing and accounting (tax law).
