3. general data protection declaration
By using our website, you agree to the collection, processing and use of data as follows. When you visit our website, data (see point 4) is stored anonymously. Data is stored on our systems in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. Your data will only be passed on to specialists working with us if it is absolutely necessary for the preparation of an offer or the execution of an order. In this context, contact data will only be passed on if a delivery of goods or products is to be made directly to you or if calculations and order execution would be impossible without this data. Under no circumstances do we pass on your data to advertising or data agencies. Your data will be processed internally by a maximum of 3 persons. We point out that we do not use cloud services for data storage and your data will only be stored locally; if you send us an e-mail, it will be cached on IMAP e-mail accounts. Data transmission on our websites and e-mail accounts is exclusively encrypted. The basis for data processing is Art. 6, Para. 1 of the DSGVO, which permits processing for order processing and handling. The processing of entries in our contact form is based on your consent, which you can revoke at any time (see point 5).
4. data collection
When you visit our websites, anonymized data (date, time, browser used, operating system, possibly IP address, websites visited, files accessed) are stored in server log files by our provider. This data does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about your person. Personal data, in particular name, address, e-mail address and telephone number are only stored if you use our contact form and stored by us in accordance with applicable data protection guidelines. If no business relationship is established, your data will be deleted by us within 4 weeks.
5. your rights
You have the right to inspect your data free of charge at any time, to correct and delete all data stored about you, insofar as this data does not have to be stored for our accounting, based on applicable tax law. We would like to point out that your data will only be stored for the purpose of contacting you, invoicing and accounting (tax law). If no business relationship is established, their data will be deleted by us after one month at the latest, regardless of their consent.
6. cookies
Our website partly uses cookies. Cookies are text files that allow specific information to be stored on the user's terminal device in order to enable the function of certain interactive elements. Cookies make it possible to determine the frequency of use of individual web pages, to analyze usage behavior, but also to make our website more user-friendly. Depending on your individual settings, cookies are stored even after you close your browser and are retrieved when you visit the site again. You can set the acceptance and use of cookies in your browser and also prevent them altogether. Please contact the relevant software provider of your browser to find out how you can change these settings. It is not possible for us to manipulate your settings.
7 Google Analytics
Our website partially uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. To deactivate Google Analytics, Google provides a browser plug-in at http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout? hl=en. Google Analytics uses cookies. For information on cookies, please read point 2. The information collected by Google about the use of our websites is transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google Analytics has been enhanced with code to ensure anonymized collection of IP addresses. If anonymization is active, Google truncates IP addresses within member states of the EU or in other states party to the agreement, which is why no conclusions can be drawn about your identity. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server and shortened there. Google is registered with the "Safe Harbor" program of the U.S. Department of Commerce and uses the information collected to evaluate the use of our website and to provide information on the use of our website.
