After completing your order and successful payment, you will receive your order by email. The files of your order will be sent as an attachment in a compressed file (zip). This can be extracted with all common operating systems. No additional shipping costs will be incurred.

Shipping of software products on a USB stick is possible. Please inquire about the shipping costs by email.

Practice Books and Shipped Products

For orders of € 29,-- or more, we ship free of charge within Germany. As soon as payment is received, we ship promptly and reliably with the German parcel service provider DHL. Please refer to the table for all other shipping costs.
